The Minnesota Apprentice Network (MNAN) is an employer-led network that exists to build awareness and excitement around professional apprentice programs as an alternative career pathway. The network launched in 2021, and continues to grow by working with companies to build similar programs within their organizations. Led locally by Aon and Accenture, with ConnextMSP as the sustainability partner, MNAN is leveraging a playbook of best practices inspired by the Chicago Apprentice Network and seeks to hire at least 1,000 apprentices in MSP by 2025.

Employers interested in learning more about joining the apprentice network should contact ieesha.collins@greatermsp.org.
